In 1984 a "papermodel-legend"
was born!Twenty years ago, the german company Siemens-KWU published a papermodel showing a typical nuclear power plant with a pressurized water reactor.These power plants with pressurized water reactors of the "Konvoi"-type proved the extreme high level of german development in nuclear power plants. One of the last power plants of this type put into operation was "Isar 2", close to Landshut/Bavaria.2004 - the "legend" continues . . . A brand new papermodel of an EPR-nuclear power plant was introduced to the publicon May 25th, 2004 at the annual meeting for nuclear technology in Duesseldorf.
